There are many ways to turn your torso or droid dome. It is one of the simplest, yet desirable, tasks to have your robot do. I'm going to to add links and photos here to some of the solutions. Though not exactly a tutorial; it should be enough.

I had a lazy susan modified with teeth and a drive gear made.

The biggest advantage of a wheel over a gear drive is that you can pose your robot when the power is off.
